Moving Procedures
The following moving procedures apply to moving into and out of leased space, or moving from one building to another with the Chesterbrook Campus.
Chesterbrook management staff should be notified at least ten (10) working days in advance of move date.
Moves must take place before 8:00 AM or after 5:00 PM during the workweek or anytime on Saturday and Sunday.
Chesterbrook maintenance personnel will be on site during the move.
The moving contractor must pad all floors, corridors, doors and doorjambs.
